Doesn’t work
I use this app for work on top of the fact there is many bugs and crashes. None of my documents can be sent everytime I try to send docs to a customer it says synchronization error and then I go to different app and it works right away. So upset because this app is through my work so I was hoping it would actually work but absolutely does not.

Review/Rating Subject to change
After feeling Docusign was over priced. We searched for an alternative for my business. OneSpan worked fantastic during the Free Trial. Immediately after signing up for the year I have yet been able to utilize the app which is hindering my business day to day. We’ve been in contact with the Support Dept but it feels they are dragging their feet and have not been proactive in helping get this issue resolved.

not a flexible service
this is a global issue with onespan, and not specifically the app’s issue:
if i already use my email with a vendor who uses onespan, e.g. my bank, then i cannot use onespan for myself (or with another vendor), as my email is already bound to onespan service that my bank provides. this is a serious inconvenience as there are many vendors using onespan.

Bad UI
Once you get the program going, it works. However, the only way to get any information on price is to download the app. The website is terrible and gives no information to the user about pricing.
Edited to add that as soon as my upgrade went through, the program crashed and now the upgrade is not reflected in my account. This is the worst e-sign program I've ever had to deal with.
