Difficult to navigate

I have used other reputation type apps and this one falls far short. I have two accounts and can not move between them. The notifications are not consistent which is critical..

Missing Basic functionality

The app itself is straightforward and simple to use, but lacks basic functionality and true role type differentiation. Birdeye’s got a big set of products with a lot of potential to bring really important customer data right to the pocket of every employee — it’s unfortunate that the app goes under loved.

Good app

Horrible customer service after you want to cancel

I had told a few agents several times that we were changing software and we were going to need to cancel. They had informed me that someone would reach out. After a few months they charge my card for an outrageous amount. I’ve reached out to have somebody from billing to get back to me five times and still nothing.

Scam

Had a horrible experience with this company. I was previously an advocate for them, but I felt that they swindled me for a hefty monthly payment for a year and would not let me cancel or even pause my subscription with plenty of notice. Not worth the price and as others have said, be very wary of their contract. I will never use or recommend them again.
