Thank you for sharing this feedback. I’m very sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced—especially around cancellation communication and unexpected charges. That’s not the experience we want any customer to have. If you communicated your intent to cancel and did not receive proper follow-up, we want to review what happened and address this as quickly as possible.
