I find this software very easy to use and extremely powerful for sharing.
Customer service is horrible
The have a no refund policy even when you paid the system in less than 12 hours. The free version does not have some functionality so hard to tell how it would work. When I used it it does not post live to all social media as expected. Teleprompter speeds is fast, even on lowest setting. Don’t use there are other systems better and cheaper.

Purchase subscriptions and followed all instructions to convert files. I concur mov, mp4, and m4v and none of them would upload for pre-recording for instagram live. I feel like I just have my money away. I tried resolving this for three days.

App doesn’t work! Waste of download
If you’re joining live broadcast from your mobile Device it won’t work. It forces you to download their app. Instead of the option of joining via web browser shared link.
Once you download the app.
You have to register in order to login.
Looping over and over from opening the app to register to create your profile then logging in.
But you’ll never actually are able to join the live broadcast. Making it not user friendly for any guests to join live stream panel.
I guess if it was to work for desktop possibly? But also may limit the number of users and crash.

Doesn’t work
It simply doesn’t work. It won’t stream. I am testing on a gigabit fiber connection and it just repeatedly fails. Sad.
Can’t post live
When I click on live a msg prompts saying something not working ?? Plz rectify the problem
Does not work on mobile devices
I downloaded this app to stream across multiple platforms from my phone. After paying for a one month subscription, and downloading the app I tried to stream on Facebook and instagram simultaneously. To my surprise the one stream service doesn’t work on mobile devices and they would not issue a refund.

Fraud company
Contacted support because the app wasn't working so she asked for my password which someone should NEVER do. Please be aware this company is committing some type of fraud. Do not give them any information.

In my iphone 15 plus when i click on go to live button then showing something went wrong what is this accurate problem can any one solve this
Always glitchy
I love the idea of this app, but I can rarely get it to work. I’ve spent way too much time trying to schedule my videos to go live, only to have the app glitch out on me. It’s very frustrating!
Great for re-streaming
There are some glitches with FB but I have discovered the issue with FB especially since FB separated out pages from your personal account.
We use it for our business and church to stream on FB and YouTube. It allows us to restream a previous live broadcast or make a recording then stream it at a set time. I also liked that we just had to pay the extra to cover two hours of streaming. So it is worth the cost. It has enabled us to add content to our FB pages and YouTube channel. As a church we took a break from the summer and just did reruns of previous lessons using the app. It appeared as if we were streaming live. It kept people coming back to listen to our lessons.
We use another app for live streaming because it goes with our camera. But most of the videos archived are from this app allowing us to either replay previous live broadcast or live stream recordings we have already made.

They Hack Your Phone
Fake advertising
When I downloaded this app it would not let me stream. I tried multiple times it still wouldn’t work. Please be careful of this app. Maybe not download it.
False advertising
App pictures and text claim you can schedule streams from the app but you cannot. You need to use your browser for that. Only thing it does is livestream right now so scheduling events in the future is not possible from the app. Support confirmed this via chat.
