What's New in OneTimeApp Health

1.2.6

July 4, 2026

Improvements and new guide when navigating the tasks for first timers.

User reviews

Cool App

I really enjoy using the app overall. One challenge I’ve noticed is having to mark certain tasks as complete when those tasks aren’t part of my daily routine. It would be helpful if tasks could be more customizable or optional based on individual roles.

I’ve also experienced occasional crashes when trying to clock in, which can be frustrating and disrupt workflow.

A few features that would greatly improve the experience would be:

The ability to request time off directly within the app
A built-in way to communicate with the office or management
Adding these would make the app much more efficient and user-friendly.

I love it😍

This app is incredibly easy to use and truly designed with nurses in mind. The step-by-step workflow from clocking in to completing nurse notes and signatures makes everything smooth, clear, and efficient during busy shifts, saving a lot of time. The Nurses Notes section is well organized, covering essentials like vital signs, pain, and safety, while tracking progress and highlighting any missing information to ensure complete documentation. Entering vitals is quick with built in normal ranges, and features like safety checklists and shift notes make charting simple and accurate. If you ever need help, the team behind the app is very responsive, kind, and always willing to assist. Overall, this app simplifies documentation and supports better nursing workflow and patient care.
