Appointments without time slots
It took me awhile to get used to the app. It’s not necessary user friendly. Most part that bumped me out is that you can make appointment for the dates but can’t assign a time slot. Since I have lots of patients coming at same day but would be nice to input what time they are coming so I don’t over book. Also if possible to improve 3D anatomy.

Complete lack of client bio
There is no ability to input contraindications, allergies, triggers, or any peculiarity that is huge when dealing with a massage client.
Worked for 2 days, now it won’t load or work.

Hi there - in our latest update, v1.0.3, we fixed the problem that prevented some users from opening the app. We're very sorry you encountered this. The package/gift certificate tracking feature is now free to everyone, with no purchase necessary. In v1.0.3 we also added the ability to enter the purchase amount of packages/gift certificates. Finally, we also added a freeform note option to our Palpations - which means that everywhere in our SOAP notes, you have the option to type in whatever you want. OneVine does not lock you into writing notes a specific way. Thank you. -OneVine
