This app is life changing. As someone who’s emotions are pretty volatile, this app is a game changer. It is so quick and easy to score your day and the analytics are powerful. It provides such useful insights and trends that I wasn’t aware of. On top of that, the support contact feature is awesome. My wife and I set it up together and now we get notified when the other person is struggling and could use some help.
This has become part of my daily routine and is changing my life for the better. I can’t recommend it enough.
Side note: the app looks and feels great. Also, the descriptions for each score make it so I am actually scoring actually which has surprised me. Sometimes I think I’m doing really well and I actually relate to a much lower score.
