Fraudulent Company
This company is a fraud. All thrives sitting behind the desks. First they take money from you giving false promises to solve your issues after they listen to your problems they will say they don’t have solution for your problem but you can avail other services. This company should be closed ASAP
Worst experience
We better use offline or local shops to get better service. For every work or every revert they take minimum 24 hr. If you simply upload one NOC document then they will take 2 days to just tell that whether any correction requires or not. At very first instance they ask for money which you have to pay and those are non refundable. Theres never any single guy appointed for your service. We have to call their support team which is very pathetic and long waiting process.
I personally suggest to not to use this app or service anymore. Their app is worst and website as well.

Regarding e-notary and gst service
I’ve opted for these two services from them on 19may n today on 25july I’m writing this review that they r still refusing saying vendor is busy even after 2months ..I want to ask if u donot have active vendors then why do u take up customer’s work ..I’m requesting to all please do not take their services unless u want to waste ur money time and efforts

Overall review is good, user friendly application
Never use their services. Every agent provides wrong and different information.
Such a lousy service they provide. Nobody is bothered whether you are getting the services or not for what actually you paid for but every other executive makes sure to call you multiple times in a day to sell their different non asked services and even they force u to buy that. Daily I am getting minimum 3 calls from different agents and every agent provides you wrong and different information.

Worst Service Experience
When I engaged with OLI for my 'eGrowth India' registration, Mr. Sekh (Sales) assured me it would be completed within 10 days. However, 31 days have passed with no progress.
Despite follow-ups, Mr. Abhishek (Support) and OLI team have been unresponsive. I had trusted OLI commitment and was considering assigning two more business incorporations, both of which are already reserved by me only. Yet, it's disappointing that you failed to reserve any name so far.
Due to these issues, I no longer wish to continue with Online Legal India. Please process a refund for the services I availed… one more thing their CEO also does not response to questions… since morning I got no call regarding my customer complaint but I did get calls to give more business to FOR CUSTOMER CARE. Idiots
India filing seems better option than OLI.

I've had the misfortune of dealing with this utterly unprofessional and deceitful organization. Despite repeated follow-ups since September 2024, they've ignored my concerns and refused to acknowledge their sales team's false promises.
Their sales team assured me of a 100% refund if my case wasn't resolved, but now they're dodging accountability. The lack of transparency and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling.

They have nice call back service but keep on changing the advocate they appoint and everytime we need to explain the scenario from 1st but I didn’t get any solution from their end only calls they will ask query and i have to wait No proper follow up on cases only we have to call and tell them the whole story and wait …and wait.

The level of scam they do to get customers
I will tell you, since i had low budget for trademark they satisfied me that trademark will be approved with 95% chances to get my payment for trademark, and next day they tell trademark will be objected with 99% chances so take our legal objection handling pack and pay 10,000 extra This is the level of scam they are doing and when i ask for refund they say you will get refund after one year And when asked to connect with manager no sir we can not do that Such a fraudulent company…..

Extremely bogus, be careful.
First priority is money instead a client's issue or support for client. Even after using their service for legal notices when I noticed issues with the service I was denied for my refund the third service which was edaakhil petition. Even after so many emails I was told I have to use their service even if I don't want to. No matter what I'll not be returned my money even though I didn't use their service no petition was filed. 100% of the payment has been digested by them. Be careful, don't fall the fake convincing assurance. They will provide with the Legal notice option and tell you 90% of the time the opposite party will accept your issue but the opposite party won't even reply to you, after that they will convince you for edaakhil petition and charge hefty amount from you. And if you decide you don't want to proceed with their service they will set any refund.
