Money extortion racket they have going on
Every time they call is to ask for some new way of looting money from you ,
I have paid about 25,000 till now and they still call and asking for money,even while filling the forms they try and insist(practically force you) to buy add ins ,and even after refusing. I am so done and have been asking for refund for last 50 days at the very least and get nothing in reply. It’s getting ridiculous worse and irritating to deal with them !

Service Issue
I registered on this platform expecting a smooth and hassle-free certification process, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.
I have repeatedly tried to contact the point of contact (POC), but they have been unable to provide clear or accurate information regarding my certification process. The level of communication is completely different before and after payment. When payment is due, they follow up relentlessly with 10–15 phone calls a day along with multiple WhatsApp messages. However, once the payment is made, their responsiveness disappears almost entirely.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this platform to anyone. If possible, it is far better to complete the certification through the offline channel, where you are more likely to receive proper guidance and support.

Absolute Nightmare! Holding DSC Hostage & Mismatched MCA Data
Do not trust this platform for your startup's compliance. After terminating RegisterKaro’s services, they are actively withholding our primary company documents and Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) token. Because they are holding our corporate data hostage, we are facing compounding daily government fines, a complete halt to our corporate audit, and an inability to appoint a new auditor.
Worse yet, we discovered a massive compliance violation: the Auditor Appointment Letter RegisterKaro provided us does not match the actual auditor details they registered on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) government portal.
Weeks of support tickets, emails, and reaches to their Grievance Officer have been completely ignored. We only chose them because they were vetted and endorsed by Razorpay, but their operational ethics are non-existent.
Because of their complete silence and deficiency of services, we have now engaged an advocate to handle the situation.

Unprofessional & Worthless GST Registration Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Registekaro for virtual office and GST registration services. Despite paying the full amount upfront, the entire process was poorly managed and unnecessarily delayed.
The staff seemed completely untrained and lacked proper knowledge about GST procedures and documentation. Every time I contacted support, I received different answers from different people. There was no accountability, no professionalism, and very poor communication throughout the process.
