App stops working
Third time this app has quit working. Log in difficult. Very disappointed
Excellent Product
The Online Member Directory App is a reliable and user friendly tool for accessing member information. Navigation is smooth, the design is clean and it makes staying connected much easier. A great addition for any organization!
Lots of minor issues
There has been a lot of minor issues that cumulate to major issue. The 2.0 wasn’t ready for release.
Original version was far more user-friendly
2.0 is unwieldy and frustrating on iPhone and iPad. Everything is too big. I use our church directory nearly every day and loved the old version. I used to be able to quickly scan for members, now it takes twice as long. I used to be able to stay logged in so my directory was, literally, one button away; now I have to log in every time I want to use it. I have no idea what the “improvements” are in 2.0 — I simple feel that I have lost what was once an invaluable tool.

Issue with iOS 26
Startup on second launch hangs on loading on iOS device. Please test the app before releasing
Buggy
The app no longer remembers that a user is logged in. This means you have to log in again every time you open the app, which kicks you to the website. Additionally, changes to login preferences aren’t honored.
Great until a few weeks ago
It was working perfectly fine until the last few months. It keeps saying error in request! Please fix this issue.
App used to work
The app used to work but stopped within the last few weeks. Won’t even let me login with the app.
Won’t load and no updates
This app no longer works and there are no updates available. Anyone else having this issue?
Much easier than the website
I love being able to stay logged in to my church directory. I can even text people from there in one click and it goes straight to my texting app. Also I can click on their address and it opens in Apple Maps. Love it! My only wish is to make the photo uploads and cropping easier. Maybe my photos are too large, but it doesn’t say.
