App not working
I have enjoyed using GoLetters and have made some good penpal connections through the app. However, I have been unable to access the app since 23 May 2026 on my iPhone or iPad. Each time I open the app, I receive the message “Oops!! Something went wrong. Please try again later”. Another user I know has experienced the same problem. I have contacted support by email and instagram but have not received a response. I hope the problem is resolved soon but at the moment the app appears to be unavailable.

Very Nice App!
It is a very nice app, I only wish that you could narrow down the age groups, or search for someone in specific countries. Or just have a search bar for gender, age, and country. Otherwise, It’s a very nice app.
Almost there…
I turned off notifications and there wasn’t a button to turn them on again and the whole app is sorta slow…other than that it’s really cool! I recommend getting it if you’re going to commit!
Stop do not use
Kids instantly were introduced to predators, grooming and child porn was sent in minutes.

It’s a great sight to meet interesting people and love it. Might see a few weirdo’s but great in general
Scamers’ app
There are too many scammers working together as a network. You can be targeted by multiple scammers at the same time. If things don’t go well with one, they try again through others. The scenarios vary, but you eventually sense something suspicious. They might ask for Google Chat, email addresses, or other information, and sometimes they share their details first. They try to gather as much information about you as possible. After a while, it becomes exhausting to differentiate between who is genuine and who is a scammer. Unfortunately, I’ve started to suspect that the app itself might be part of this network.

My thoughts on the app
I like it a lot though I’m a 14 female so I get a lot of 25 to 30 male so if I could make it so I could put a limit on the age of the person I could talk to that would be great otherwise this is a great app ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Old School
For those that ever wrote letters 40 or 50 years ago, this was the norm. You write the letter, put your whole heart in it, put a stamp on it (back in the day it was 2 to 5 cents), mail it, and wait with baited breath for a response. It’s kinda the same way with this. If there is anything that I can recommend to the developers and that is, is there a way to get more characters on just “One” side, vs. having to flip? If you’re responding to a long letter you can forget what page you’re on. Other than that, I love it..!
