Love the game, the take of mobile online battle arena, original "shikigamis" and their skills but very unplayable. I am queuing for about 15mins for a classic match and there's just no players.
Given the reasons above I can suggest that open a global server and improve the server quality and work on advertisements.

If you can somehow make bots come into our matches instead of us just sitting around waiting and waiting and waiting for real players I promise you you will see a up sale because I have sat and waited for hours and I mean six hours just waiting to get into a match and never did.
Great game, matchmaking is too slow
Not really your fault but the matchmaking is horribly slow. I love the game, its very well made but the matchmaking takes way too long. Like if you get a match within 30 minutes thats crazy lucky kinda slow.

Great game
While the quality of the game itself is great the community isn’t as active as it was back then. Que times can often be long. But thats only due to the unpopularity of the game it is a very high quality experience

Great game but why is there never anyone on and I mean never? I played 2 or 3 matches and haven’t been able to play again because nobody on.
Actually enjoyable.
I don’t usually play these types of games, but this game in particular is genuinely spectacular. It’s fun and simple, the characters are fun to play and the beginner characters that are given can be strong enough to last a while in fights. I just wish match making wasn’t so long, but that’s practically my only complaint, thank you for creating this magnum opus.

The game is very good I like the graphics and the characters, the daily rewards are nice and the way the game play out while you in a match is so smooth now finding a match in casual goes so fast don’t gotta wait fr but for rank it’s not like that and I just reinstall this app yesterday hoping that all these years the game would get better and it did but I be wanting to up my rank and find real deal matches cause casual just not doing it for me

I absolutely love this game graphics and the characters. I have deleted and downloaded this again and again from time to time because it is such a good game, but the lack of people makes it really hard to get in matches. I hope more players will find this hame so I can play more often.

Amazing game with some issues
The game is amazing the heroes the animation everything is amazing only reason for 3 stars is that I just can’t get into a mach I’m from Europe so maybe the game is not as popular I have waited up to 10m just for a normal match. Apart from that is a very good game
Lag issues
I love the game and its gameplay, the skins, the stories, everything is good except the lag, the lag in na server is SOO bad that I can barely enjoy the game let alone play it properly. I also think the reason why most people aren’t playing the game is due to the issue of lag, I would love to keep supporting and playing this game, so I hope the lag issue gets fixed!
