Same Wi-Fi Network: Make sure your phone and TV are connected to the exact same Wi-Fi network (and ensure your Wi-Fi isn't on a "Guest" network, as those block device connections). 2. Network Permissions: Check your phone settings to ensure the app has permission to access your local network. 3. Restart Devices: Try restarting both your TV and your phone, then open the app again to re-scan for your TV. We want to get this working for you!
