App is useless
The app is filled with glitches. Never remembers password. Blinks constantly when trying to place an order or check account settings.

Been broken and unusable for months
Impossible to use or place orders. It’s completely bricked and hasn’t been updated in months. Needs to be fixed.
Flaw in cancelling orders through the app
Ordered through the app and wanted to cancel it. Said to contact the store to cancel/refund order, then when I contacted the store they said they can’t do anything because I ordered from the app. Tried to find any other number/service to call but they kept redirecting me to the store and the loop continued. Terrible app design, there should be a way to cancel/refund an order through the app.

Why does nothing work
Broken app, needs fixing
The app used to work fine but all of the sudden, there is nothing I can do to login. The app shows me blank app screen when I login. When trying to login through webpage, it has me do crazy nine-step human verification. After suceeding, it tells me that my password is incorrect (it’s correct!). After resetting password, I am put through the nine-step verification again. After succeeding, it tells me again my password is incorrect. I try to create a new account with different email but it won’t let me sign up saying too many sign up attempts have been logged. There is no help case or number to report the issue. Local stores can’t help with account issues. Terrible app and service from Ono and Olo.

Cannot place order
Need to sign up. But every attempt triggers too many sign up attempts. Oh well.
Pretty Bad App
App is not easy to use for catering and calling the store is a waste of time. It’s a bummer because I like Ono but they need to get it together with their app and their customer service.
Impossible to login
Cannot login after app requires relogin. Password reset does not work and yes I did check spam. Guess I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Broken app, needs fixing
Their app used to work fine but recently, it’s having issues. If you’re logged in to the app, it will not load pages. You only see a white background. You cannot place an order. The same issue occurs on other restaurant app that this developer made (California fish grill). Needs fixing ASAP.
Absolute Trash
App is so inconsistent. I can't login to current account, won't allow password reset, won't allow to create new account. Basically, I don't think they want people to order from them. I can login on a computer, but can't edit personal info (ie phone # change) , it prompts to go through the app. And then cycle just continues.

The app completely glitches and breaks down every time I login in to my account on my smartphone. Please fix it because it’s very annoying.

Not able to deselect salad on the app. So for example, if I want 2 rice 2 mac salad, can’t do that. Please fix.

As of 4/26 the Ono app is bugged. Haven’t seen any updates in the last month and on 5/8/26 it’s still bugged.
