No answer from customer support and technical issues with payment system

I have been trying for 4 days to renew my Onoff number, but the payment system keeps failing. I tried different bank cards, browsers, clearing cookies, and both the app and website. Nothing works.

I contacted customer support several times through tickets, forms, and emails, but received no response at all.

Now my account is suspended because of a technical issue on their side. I urgently need this number for professional purposes, as recruiters use it to contact me.

Very disappointing customer service and no support when it matters most.

SERVICE CLIENT INEXISTANT !

J’étais l’une des premières à prendre un numéro sur cette application, je l’ai utilisé pendant des années, et puis un jour j’ai une proposition d’un abonnement bien plus avantageux, une offre spéciale limitée dont j’ai souscrit. Seulement à un moment donné, je me suis retrouvé avec deux offres, donc deux paiements, alors j’ai donc supprimé une des offres, mais malheureusement quelque chose a mal fonctionné et les deux offres se sont supprimés. J’ai mis du temps à m’en rendre compte, j’ai directement envoyé un e-mail au Service Client, j’ai reçu un message automatique m’assurant que mon message avait été reçu et que j’aurai une réponse aux 48 heures. Cela fait des semaines maintenant, et je n’ai toujours pas eu de réponse, je viens de voir que mon numero a été attribué à quelqu’un d’autre !! Gros problème, mon numero me sert pour beaucoup de comptes dont j’ai besoin de récupérer l’accès via des SMS, donc je suis coincée aujourd’hui et également c’était mon numéro professionnel donc je ne peux plus joindre aucun de mes clients, et j’ai également perdu tous les messages qui était lié à ce numéro dont des choses très importantes!
Je viens ici en espoir d’obtenir cette fois de l’aide et de prévenir les nouveaux utilisateurs !

Lorsqu’un abonnement est supprimé ou arrive à expiration sans renouvellement, le numéro peut être remis en circulation après un certain délai, conformément à nos conditions de service. Une fois un numéro réattribué, il n’est malheureusement plus possible de le récupérer ni d’accéder aux anciens messages associés.
