Insufficient Alarm
The app is straight forward enough but the alarm is a single low volume chirp and entirely insufficient for alerting someone who is not specifically waiting for the alert. There is no way to adjust or customize the alarm.
NO ALERTS
messages are received but app no longer triggers any audible alerts, popup notifications or badges which defeats the intended purpose of a "critical alerting tool" for business use
App is crashing on the devices set to language as Arabic.
App is crashing on the devices which is set the phone language as Arabic.Is there any solution for this.
Notifications don’t work
Push notifications don’t work, they haven’t for quite a while.
App doesn’t work
Employer ran a test and despite my notifications being turned on and having all avenues of alerting me enabled, none were activated. What’s the point of having an emergency alert app if it doesn’t alert you to the emergency?!?
