Poor Customer Service
I have been trying to sign in now for 3 days. I can not get any support! The AI responds with a re-sign in message but the problem is the re-sign does not work and it will not connect! There is no one to talk to about this problem and no way to resolve the issue! Extremely frustrating!!!

Definitely do not use. Songs exist in the list, no problem. But now when I create a set list the file just shows the heading but not the song itself. I’ve wasted so much time trying to get it to work. Not sure what changed but it’s not good. And I have paid for a subscription. What a sucker I am. Avoid!!!

DOES NOT WORK
I have an M3 MacBook Pro with the latest OS. The app opens with the welcome screen, but as soon as I click any button, the interface turns black and all the buttons disappear. Disappointing.
Don’t waste your time or money
What a complete joke of a program, crashes all the time, changes keys of songs randomly, doesn’t recognise titles of songs, scans really poorly.
Storing and transferring large files
Couldn’t imagine doing business with my associates without Dropbox.

Buggy
There’s a lot to dislike about this app … it crashes regularly (i am on a new ipad, fully updated and so is my app version) and it does not grey-out songs already selected in other sets when you are building multiple set lists (hour 1, hour 2, hour 3 of a gig, for instance).
Crashes can happen at anytime without notice.
It’s extremely maddening to have to go back and look at other sets to make sure you’ve not already selected a song. The app used to grey out all songs you had in other active sets. Why on earth would they remove this feature?
I hate paying for this app, but I am stuck depending on it. They know so it’s mediocre at best.

Unreliable
This app has given me more headaches on Sunday mornings than you can imagine. Zero support. Used to be able to link Dropbox easily. Not anymore!
New versions
You guys made things way too complicated over the years!

Best app for singers
Easy to use and send lyrics to other band members. Creating setlists is a breeze and I love the scrolling feature. No need to use a Bluetooth page turner!
Application is broken on iOS 26.5.2
I rarely leave reviews on apps but I’m not sure where else to go. I recently downloaded the OnSong app with intent to purchase the premium membership. However, when I tap the “Upgrade to OnSong Premium or Essentials” CTA button in the app, there is no option to proceed with purchase. In addition, the popup modal with the “start free trial” is not live (tapping the start free trial does nothing).
I’m not sure where else to go, since their premium support is only available for paying members, and since I’m unable to upgrade, I’m stuck in an unfortunate loop.

frustrating
I got this app to do some simple work setting up setlists and controlling my setlist with a foot pedal. To do anything of value, you have to sign up for a subscription, which is fine, I signed for the pro version so I could do what I wanted. Even after I did that every time I went to access any function, I was blocked by a screen asking me to sign in and upgrade. No matter how many times I went through these steps, I could never get past this screen. Deleting this app and moving to an app more focused on an intuitive interface.

Lot of issues
Having issues with my pedal scrolling. Also lay out is a bit strange compared to earlier versions. Ended up using my older version as I did not delete it when I downloaded the 2026 version.
Comprehensive and customizable
Very nice work. I get OnSong to do what I need and I Like that a lot. There is a bug here and there and a restart is required. But, the pros far outweigh any cons. 4 stars because I want you to keep trying to please me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Unhappy
I can’t get the app to communicate with other band members. No one can figure out why. I submitted for help twice and get no response.
