Application is broken on iOS 26.5.2
I rarely leave reviews on apps but I’m not sure where else to go. I recently downloaded the OnSong app with intent to purchase the premium membership. However, when I tap the “Upgrade to OnSong Premium or Essentials” CTA button in the app, there is no option to proceed with purchase. In addition, the popup modal with the “start free trial” is not live (tapping the start free trial does nothing).
I’m not sure where else to go, since their premium support is only available for paying members, and since I’m unable to upgrade, I’m stuck in an unfortunate loop.

frustrating
I got this app to do some simple work setting up setlists and controlling my setlist with a foot pedal. To do anything of value, you have to sign up for a subscription, which is fine, I signed for the pro version so I could do what I wanted. Even after I did that every time I went to access any function, I was blocked by a screen asking me to sign in and upgrade. No matter how many times I went through these steps, I could never get past this screen. Deleting this app and moving to an app more focused on an intuitive interface.

Lot of issues
Having issues with my pedal scrolling. Also lay out is a bit strange compared to earlier versions. Ended up using my older version as I did not delete it when I downloaded the 2026 version.
Comprehensive and customizable
Very nice work. I get OnSong to do what I need and I Like that a lot. There is a bug here and there and a restart is required. But, the pros far outweigh any cons. 4 stars because I want you to keep trying to please me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Unhappy
I can’t get the app to communicate with other band members. No one can figure out why. I submitted for help twice and get no response.
Unreliable
This app has given me more headaches on Sunday mornings than you can imagine. Zero support.
Buttons don’t work completely useless
Every time I tried to do anything it presented me with start trial but no matter what I did it would just hang there and not start anything. The account box kept flashing red as if it needed input from me but I had everything filled in. I gave up on this. Really bad user interface.
Love Onsong!
Love this app! It has saved so much time not having to shuffle papers. I love having my prior song lists available. The ability to change keys is also a fast easy help. I have used Onsong for many years. As a worship leader (or not) I will always use it!
Great asset
I’ve been using OnSong on my iPhone and iPad Pro for quite a few years. I also like having my backing instruments and harmony vocals available. I use a mic stand to hold the iPad and it’s Bluetooth connected to my Mackie ShowBox. It’s great for small gigs.
Needs improvement
Fails basic usability, incredibly hard to navigate even after a few months.

Updates
It’s really to long between the updates. 2 weeks max will be the Best, but actually, it’s more than 4 months. If you count the bugs fixed for that software, it could be a guiness record…. LOL
O melhor, mas muitos Bugs
É um app caro, para nós brasileiros, que temos moeda cada vez mais desvalorizada. Então esperava um retorno do investimento. O app muitas vezes fecha inesperadamente quando vou fazer exportar. O console tmb é instável. Gostaria que tivesse algum assistente de backup para comparar dois backups e escolher somente as músicas diferentes, pra compartilhar com os amigos. Mesmo com os defeitos, é o melhor aplicativo de letras.

Still using it but with issues
Been a user for 10 years and paying for the pro version now as well. A lot of unresolved issues the last couple years. Imports everything twice, randomly changes words like “ verse” to “ gerse”. Support responds but hasn’t been able to resolve my issues. Still a user
I can’t access any of the features
I want to give 5 stars but I can’t access the free trial or the log in. Is there are problem with the app? When I try to access with my apple sign in it just brings me back to the sign in page. Free trial button doesn’t do anything.
