I booked a 10-day Thailand trip with Navigatio and the experience was extremely disappointing. Promises were not kept, information was misleading, and the after-booking support was unprofessional.
• SIM & Insurance: Vendor promised both, but after booking Tarun claimed SIM is only given with a forex combo (never told earlier). We got the SIM after 1 day of follow-up, and insurance was never provided.
• Wrong Commitments: I clearly mentioned I wanted to avoid crowded/noisy places, yet they booked a cruise that was extremely crowded, noisy, and unhygienic.
• Misleading Hotel Info: They assured a beach property in Krabi, but the beach was 5 km away. Very disappointing when you’ve booked for 3 days.
• Transport Issues: Parul said we could take scenic stops on the way from Krabi to Phuket, but on the day Tarun refused and even spoke rudely.
Overall, Navigatio failed to deliver what they promised, gave incorrect information, and handled everything very poorly. Would not recommend booking with them.

Quick and smooth Planning
I've taken vietnam trip with this app and it went out so well.
Not going to recommend anyone.
Only 3star because of the driver. He was very good and kind and understanding. Apart from that whenever i asked from ontrip app help section, I didn’t got that. And secondly my booking partner was Deyor. They misunderstood everything and booked wrong places after mentioning multiple times aswell. Not satisfied international trip ever.

Worst service ever
Pathetic people. They forgot to book our cab for pickup the very first day and we had to call repeatedly to get our cab . They made us wait for 1 and half hrs at the airport after we had been travelling whole day. This was not the worst part. on 30th April the driver left us at Sentosa even while i was on call with him stating that we are in a show and wild animals are out and they are not allowing us to get out. He gave us a deadline of 10 pm and we reached at 9:58 pm. But the driver already left. There was another bus parked at the same place where the driver sent a pic of where the vehicle is parked. I was on call with the cordinator till 9:57 and tried calling multiple times to check where the vehicle is. The cordiator was extremely rude and when questioned about how do we reach back to the hotel as its their mistake. They said to book a cab and they will refund. Have it on the chat where they were trying to assist us. Its been more than 15 days and haven’t heard anything. Need your help in escalating it, and if i dont get resolution in 7 days i will proceed with consumer complaint as well as reviews on multiple social media platforms.

We booked our trip on this app to thailand. He took us to the tiger cave and gave us time. First of all we are new to this place .. we dont know how much time it takes to climb the mountain. He decided that it takes 40 mins to climb. We said ok because we dont know.. we are tourist and he didn’t convey that you have to pay more if you don’t return on time.
We came just half hour late and he left with our baggage. When we contacted he said you have to pay 500 bath more. He was hiding near by and came in 5 mins. We paid 500 bath for cheating. Please dont trust this app. They are also not supporting us.
