App is not fully operational
There are options in the app that are not available. For example to make any type of appointment, select schedule an appointment and then it tells you to reach out to the doctors office (btw, they never answer).
Mycare App
I have been using the Mycare App for some time now and find it helpful for at-a-glance review of my general medical care, billing, and test results. My medical history is available to all doctors who provide me services within minutes. If I need additional support I can message whomever within my medical circle and help is often speedy. I have yet to explore all aspects of this online application but find I refer to it more often. I recommend this app.

I had an appointment with Carrie Lopez in the Cancer Center. She is great! Very professional but personable also. I left feeling informed and that she reviewed everything that was needed. She followed up on items that were I had mentioned in our last consult. Showed she genuinely cared about my progress and health. As I left I felt motivated to do the work I needed to do.

Doctors Don’t Use It
I like the app but the healthcare professionals don’t use it.
Print records
I was disappointed the new app has no place to print your records so you can review them without having to log in each time.

We need a new CEO The current one enabled hackers to sell off our data because he did not pay for the ransom. Offering us credit protection will not help us if we are fraudulent deprived of our money and information.

It would be nice to have more information when in hospital. It’s hard to follow up with a specialist outside of this app with such vague information
I had a colostomy and it doesn’t even show that in my hospital records. I then had a stent placed and it doesn’t show either. Now I’m in the hospital again and it barely shows anything.
