Zero tips & make $20 a hour to use your own 2016+ car, pay for your own gas & get special required insurance the policy they require was costing over $400 a month that’s $4,800 a year To work for this company I’ll pass!
They pay 25% less than what an Uber would cost! like if it would cost $26 for Jenny to get a ride from point A to point B with uber onward would pay the driver $20 and then they might want you to pick up someone else as well for no extra pay? 2 pick ups and 2 drives for the price of one.

Not good as previous
They waited until the last minute while keeping the rates low, then changed the pickup time instead of increasing the pay with surge pricing. In some cases, to avoid paying drivers for wait time and return trips, they posted the trip as a one-way ride and only added a note at the bottom stating that the ride included another stop. Things were much better when Jeremy was in charge.

Best to Worst
This app used to be one of the best, but unfortunately, the recent updates have taken it from best to worst.
I honestly wonder if the people making these updates understand what users actually need. If you can’t improve the app, please consider bringing back the old version.
I have no problem with the company itself, but the app has become extremely frustrating and confusing to use. Please don’t announce “new features” if the update doesn’t actually make the app better or easier to use. Instead, the changes seem to make things more complicated.
This is my honest review based on my experience, and many of my friends feel the same way. I really hope the developers listen to user feedback and either improve the app significantly or bring back the previous version.

Do not use this service they cram disabled seniors into passenger cars 4-5 per car?! 😂 must not care about comfort & safety
