Always Freezing up
I can’t never play a bet before the game starts or live bet all it does is freeze up or say “ some of your selections can’t be combined into a single parlay” and I can only have 1 player added!!! Or I have to place a parlay 24 hrs before the game to start…This is ridiculous!
Worst app
App crashed as soon as I got it. Then I tried to purchase cash and crashed again multiple times. Then it charged my Apple Pay but didn’t give me any money and then crashed again. Logged back in and said location services turned off and logged me out. Finally got back in. Crashed again. Apple Pay was charged and have no money in account. Customer service was useless kept telling me nothing they can do on their end and to just reinstall the app which didn’t work. Had to call my bank to cancel the charge. So many better apps to chose from. Avoid this one

This app is a scam there’s no deposit bonus despite what the adds say. It’s also extremely slow.

The overall app is ok. I am mainly annoyed with the poor cash out process. The customer service and support is horrible and I get an error for every type of payment method I try. So it is pointless for me to even deposit money into this app. Pretty much just ripping money up.

If you’re looking for a new sports betting app and you come across a promotional bonus from Onyx, please don’t do what I did and get sucked into the massive scam and subsequent lack of customer service. The game crashes and doesn’t return the money to you when it crashes. If you reach out to support they push the fault on you, then they suspend access to mini games. Which is fine cause the whole problem is the app crashing, so I would not feel safe reloading money to begin with, but the fact that their resolution is to suspend access and push fault rather than address the problem is comical. Stick with Fanduel, Draftkings, and MGM. Onyx is just a money grab at this point lol. Play your little bonus and UNINSTALL!

Freezes and Closes while you’re betting
Good payout but it’s super annoying to put in picks constantly,freezes ,closes or blanks out losing all your picks when you open the app back up. Constantly makes my phone over the heat.
False advertisement/Poor Customer Service
Do not download this app there’s false advertisement there’s no bonus for any new users and customer service sucks. I waited over 40 minutes just to get someone I could speak to and I had to do that twice when they speak with the customer service agent the chat is not it. It’s not a good website. It’s a cheap version of a poor website.

Scam App, Bans accounts for Propheting
Onyx was fine while I was placing losing bets, but as soon as I had a big day and ended with $13k in my account, they banned my account and stopped responding to all support messages. They said I "broke terms and conditions" yet could not specify a single rule I broke (which I didn't). They took all of my money and completely stopped responding to my emails and support requests. Looking into legal action now since betting apps would not be allowed to blatantly steal money like this.
