The overall app is ok. I am mainly annoyed with the poor cash out process. The customer service and support is horrible and I get an error for every type of payment method I try. So it is pointless for me to even deposit money into this app. Pretty much just ripping money up.

If you’re looking for a new sports betting app and you come across a promotional bonus from Onyx, please don’t do what I did and get sucked into the massive scam and subsequent lack of customer service. The game crashes and doesn’t return the money to you when it crashes. If you reach out to support they push the fault on you, then they suspend access to mini games. Which is fine cause the whole problem is the app crashing, so I would not feel safe reloading money to begin with, but the fact that their resolution is to suspend access and push fault rather than address the problem is comical. Stick with Fanduel, Draftkings, and MGM. Onyx is just a money grab at this point lol. Play your little bonus and UNINSTALL!

Freezes and Closes while you’re betting
Good payout but it’s super annoying to put in picks constantly,freezes ,closes or blanks out losing all your picks when you open the app back up. Constantly makes my phone over the heat.
False advertisement/Poor Customer Service
Do not download this app there’s false advertisement there’s no bonus for any new users and customer service sucks. I waited over 40 minutes just to get someone I could speak to and I had to do that twice when they speak with the customer service agent the chat is not it. It’s not a good website. It’s a cheap version of a poor website.
