Unreliable App
This app is not user-friendly at all. You can only place an order, but there’s no option to edit or cancel once it’s placed. There’s also no help or support section in the app (just profile and “view” order. There is a “call the branch” option but calling them will just make the situation even more frustrating because they still can’t change on their end.
On top of that, the review section doesn’t display all the information entered, so you can’t properly review your order for errors before submitting.
