Can’t Do Anything
I got the app, was super exited, then it asked me for my phone number to create my account, I press “next” and nothing happens. I’ve closed the app, deleted, and nothing will work.

For some reason this app just doesn’t work after downloading it. My friend and I both were excited to try it, and it just will not do anything after launching the app. Tried deleting and reinstalling and same issue.

i loved this app until it randomly stopped working. i tried restarting my phone. connecting to wifi. redownloading the entire app. nothing.

app doesn’t work at all. stays on the log in screen and never works. used to be amazing and i loved using it but it literally is useless now. a shame
Tech issues
My app hasn’t worked for two months. I keep reaching out to support and still haven’t heard back from anyone. Prior to this issue, the app would disconnect my bank account fairly regularly and I would have to reconnect them and re-sort my finances. This app either needs better developers or better customer service (or both).

Cannot use the app
I was using the app for so long and then I got premium the yearly subscription and suddenly the app wont load. I have tried redownloading and restarting my phone and yet nothing works. Paid $39.99 for nothing now.
Will not work anymore
Love this app, but the freemium push is quite annoying, and lo and behold one day it just stops working, stuck on the load screen. then says to enter your phone number to sign up and once entered it still does nothing, shame because I’ve used this app for a while
This app hasn’t worked in months
Can’t get in touch with anyone after months of trying. They have my credit card information and just shut down the app without saying a word. Had like a year of spending data in there too. Use a legitimate budgeting app, not this one.

Loved this app before they started charging. Now I can’t even log back in to delete my card info and their customer support is nonexistent. After I put in my number the app freezes every time.
