i need 180 day validity. 30 days is too less. this is a disgusting strat used by ooredoo to charge customers more. why break qr30 for 180days to qr10 for 30days. that's just stupid.

“View and pay bill” can’t view the bill.

Just as the title says. It is supposed to be possible to see what your bill entails. The bill is never the amount I signed upto. It is always higher. I want to be able to see what the extra charges are for. This is not possible. Instead you are taken straight to the payment page. Sort it out Ooredoo.

بطاقة هميان غير مقبوله

لما أجي ادفع ببطاقة هميان عن طريق Apple Pay يكتب لي البطاقة غير مقبوله وللعلم ان البطاقه موجوده في Apple Pay لكن لازم ادخل بيانات البطاقه يدوي ..!!!! طيب ليش البطاقه موجوده في Apple Pay و اقدر ادفع عن طريقها كل مكان إلا تطبيق Ooredoo .!!!

Just horrible

The more changes they make the worse it gets. I’m annoyed any time I have to deal with it, and even more annoyed I have to bother writing a review.

I guess having a market monopoly means quality standards be damned.
