no deals in app for single person meal, food portions used to be much better
the app was actually hard to find and even more difficult to use, what’s the point of the app if the deals are all 2 person combos and i am not 2 people
i used to go to Opa all the time - the food and especially meat portions in the wraps was amazing and they would always add extra hummus or tzatziki if you wanted for no extra charge

Greek Salad
I have never had their food, my sister said you need to try it so I ordered the Greek salad, the lady asked me if I was OK with the black olives and the feta cheese. I said sure the only problem was I got the Greek salad. I got the feta cheese. I got 2 olives, I would like to have had more olives, but I wonder if two was the going rate 😆 As for the amount of money they charged me there should of been more olives. The salad was good, but nothing grand.

Deleted order before placed
Wanted to order a bunch of food for takeout. Took ten minutes to get all the items added. Said food would be ready in 5 mins so I decided to wait to submit the order for a few minutes until I was on my way. Went to submit the order and it was gone. Deleted. Nothing. I didn’t even close the app bro. It was maybe 5 mins. Like come on.

Order at 12pm on the app. Called the place at 1pm since food was not here. But opa had made it. The uber delivery driver somehow could only drop off at 2pm. lol just go in and pick up your food.

Ordered thru app for first time. Wouldn’t send completion of order. Kept spinning. Ordered twice. No email notice.

Ordered via the app but, I screwed up and redeemed my points by accident via the app and not at the Mission Location. Jaspreet was amazing and helped me figure out what I did wrong. She made all our order to go as requested and filled our pitas with delicious food. I requested extra jalapeños and hot sauce, just as I like it extra spicy. My wife very much enjoyed her Chicken Pita, and I very much enjoyed my Falafel Pita. Thanks to Jaspreet for honouring my oops redemption and making a snack falafel to go. That’ll be my midnight snack. Great food as always. Clean tables, restaurant and bathrooms. Well done Mission OPA!

App Feels Broken
I’ve never had this app successfully work, it updated and actually got worse, now it’s saying my email has no matching guests and it won’t allow me to create a new account, after I’ve entered all the information the button to register is greyed out and doesn’t allow me to tap it. Terrible terrible app, but the location I go to is great and the employees are awesome. Food is great too.

Great restaurant, TRASH app
Don’t even bother with this app, it won’t take your card no matter what. Every other place has never had a problem with my card. Embarassing. Don’t bother with the website either, it is just as useless.
Useless app
I don’t like to use apps from restaurants. Finally I downloaded and started using Opa’s app. Suddenly just didn’t work anymore. Tried to reset password, etc.
