Good tool but needs a watch app
Good tool, eliminates the need for a separate key fob… use it when walking so it’d be nice to be able to put it on my watch

Installed on my phone and it worked. Upgraded to new phone and it stopped working. Manager gave me new credentials, and it still won’t work. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, stood on my head, etc. nothing. Not the only one in my organization with problems. Fortunately I still have a good old brass key (remember those?) and it works like a charm. Would not recommend.

Does not function
The pass works for a maximum of 48 hours and then goes inactive. I have to delete the app, restart my phone, reinstall the app, and then request new credentials from management every time I want to enter the building. This whole process means I am locked out for up to 2 hours at a time while I wait for a response from management. This does not provide remote key access, just a headache and manual verification from management every time I want to use it

Only on account at a time is a problem
My gym and my office use this app and it requires you to wipe out your credentials and register you device every time. Please add support for 2 credentials

Great app!
No problems with it other than once it booted out and I had to press it again. I’ve been using it at work for 6 months. One thing though, I’d love it if I could use it on my Apple Watch! Please make this happen! :)

I can’t believe my community chose this piece of trash for our pool passes. I tried to register my son and I (2 one pass for each of us). It sent me 3 links to create the same account 3 times all with the same account number, so only 1 pass. Furthermore, it does not allow you to create a new account on your same device without overwriting your old account.

Not Good
App seems to randomly quit working for some employees. No Apple Watch integration. Apple Watch integration seems like a natural fit for opening doors. It’s necessary to leave the app running on your phone to unlock doors after successfully registering. It’s just easier to punch a code rather than use the app.

Works sometimes.
App works sometimes. Other times you have to restart your phone to get the app to work. Would also be nice if the app could be compatible with Apple Watch.
