Event poorly organized
The app seems ok. The underlying event is a great idea, but very poorly executed for the most interesting buildings. Expect literally hours of waiting in line, frustrated people arguing with volunteers, and general bad experience. Please add a feature of timed tickets to popular buildings to make the experience more enjoyable for all!
