Won’t let me delete the app

I got the wrong app on accident but now it won’t let me delete it plus it didn’t really help with the stuff I needed it to do

Response from developer

Sorry about that. Hold the icon and tap "Delete App" at the bottom of the menu. "Remove from Home Screen" only hides it. If "Delete App" isn't in the menu, Screen Time is blocking it: Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Deleting Apps > Allow. Tell me what you needed the app for at support@chama.pro and I'll say straight whether it does that.
