Only 1 User???
Can only get it to work on one users phone. Says family can use but devices do not show up and can’t be added. Can’t get it to connect to Alexa either.

Didn’t work at all, couldn’t add my device tried for 15 mins. i am good with technology so it wasn’t me.
Why does it need my location to???

This app is very unfriendly and seems to have been abandoned by its developer. Avoid buying products from superbrightleds.com. They use this garbage app for their products and don’t tell you about it on their website.
Timers are incomprensible. Modes are useless. The OTA upgrades don’t work. Product registers to my account only on my phone. My wife cannot control the lights even though she is logged in under my account.

Ottimo l’impiego con le versioni Bluetooth. Un disastro l’applicazione per i modelli Wi-Fi. Non funziona assolutamente e fa perdere molto tempo in inutili tentativi.

Add device naming please
Hi, the app is working fine, but it would be great to be able to name each Bluetooth device with a custom name.
For instance, I have 4 devices synced to the app, but they all have the same default app-assigned name. I can’t tell them apart without selecting each device and just watching to see which one responds to my command.
Just simply being able to name each device would be a great improvement.

Terrible
Difficult to configure. It completely wiped out my original registered device and upon trying to reconfigure I’m unable to. NOT EASY AT ALL.
Stop working since upgrade
The app has stopped working since upgrading to version 1.5 a few days ago. No longer pre-populates the Wi-Fi account details
