The app is not great
The App takes too much time to load, even between operations within the app there is waiting time, it is not that intuitive for certain commands you want to carry out, I have also found that it doesn’t work in many occasions. The bank itself is not great either, international transfer take over three days.

The app is so bad that even most basic banking operations cause immense pain. The worst banking experience in my life.

No se me eliminan las notificaciones
No soporto que me salgan todas las notificaciones marcadas, a pesar de que las abro todas, es algo que me molesta y por mas que las filtro elimino app todo, no se eliminan

Uma porcaria, informacoes confusas e incapaz de efetuar uma transferencia simples e apesar de apresentar erro nao informa o que seria esse erro. Atendimento telefonico do banco tbm eh uma inutilidade.

En general funciona muy bien. Solo tengo algunos problemas con el código de verificacion que no se despliega cuando hago más de una operación. Pero ha ideo mejorando en general.

Have been stuck in the App for ages looking for the sign out but can’t find it 😤

Really annoying app. Not user friendly, really makes me want to close it as soon as I open it because it’s difficult to understand and really wanna change bank only to get a better app

Pesima aplicacion y gestion
Llevo seis meses esperando para poder activar mi cuenta, pesima gestion, lentisima, estamos en la era digital y tengo que esperar casi dos semanas para obtener mi clave de firma porque la envian por correo, servicios de sguridad y verificacion muy obsoletos….
Great bank
Never had any real problems and had an account with Openbank for over 5 years. Only downside is the lack of English speaking advisors and sometimes have to wait a few days for them to call you back
