Total waste of time
Useless app for making appointments.
Booked an oil change via the app for 9am. Showed up 10 minutes early. Was told the shop was totally swamped and that it could take them up to 6 hours to get to it!
What's the point of making an appointment via an app if there's no communication between the shop and the app? Completely useless and an annoying waste of my time.

Openbay has been the best thing ever for me as a lyft driver. I think its challenging finding great mechanics who aren’t there to rip you off. Openbay allows you to comparison shop amongst the top mechanics in your area in minutes. I am super grateful that I found Openbay through lyft.

Incorrect price for oil change
My first time using OpenBay and was a bit disappointed. I was looking for an affordable price for an oil change for my Honda Odyssey. I found one at an affordable price of $60 at Uptown Automotive in San Bruno, CA. So I made the appointment. Next morning I drove to Uptown Automotive to get the oil change. The mechanic/owner I spoke with said the the oil change is actually $120. Twice the price from what was on OpenBay. Fortunately I was able to make a deal with the owner Dave. Openbay should have the correct prices so customer aren’t surprised when they get to the shop.

App doesn’t work
When I try to schedule service the app won’t leave the “Notes to Technician” section. It’s too bad because I like to have one place to store all my vehicles information.

Openbay, great services. Openbay connect outside vendor services call Curbee Mobile Auto Repair to do my services on my car. Curbee did my car services repair at my work which made convenient for me. George.

I prepaid for service, and it was never provided because the automotive shop was booked for a week out; I REPEAT DO NOT USE OPEN BAY APP; they will take your money now we are filing a complaint with the BBB and the ATTORNEY GENERAL; I have seen too many reviews and complaints related to the same thing, TAKING CUSTOMERS MONEY IN ADVANCE and the service is NOT GUARANTEE 💯

Can’t login as Lyft Driver
I have to do everything thru the website because the app never let me login as driver. I’ve confirmed everything and gave the permissions and when the apps reopen it just keep asking for log in info 🤷🏻♂️🙄...

I don’t get it . The first time I used this place, they were right on point. This time was different. I was scheduled for a simple oil change, and they weren’t at all prepared. ( Didn’t even have the oil in the shop ). Since it was scheduled a week before, you would have assumed that the place would’ve had everything they needed had they been prepared . And I hate to complain , cause the owner is a really nice guy, but I had other things to do on this particular morning. I had to catch 2 Uber cars , which made me spend even more money. Like I said , I’m clueless.

CAUTION!
StateFarm and Goodyear had no idea who this company was! I was sent to a Goodyear location that moved almost a year ago! When I started digging all of a sudden they refunded my money?!
Provides nothing.

User Interface & Locations
Adding the first car to the app not necessarily means the need to schedule for service.
Also need to add more locations and partner with franchised chains like Jeffy Lube, Firestone, etc.
