This app doesn’t recognize my email that I’ve used for 10 years to sign in. Needs more work JCI.

If you do happen to get logged in after multiple credential entries you won’t see your building info and if you do you can’t adjust anything.
FINALLY AN APP
Finally they allow us to have the app, but when I log onto the app, it says my building isn’t monitored by JCI yet I can log on a computer and put my building on tests and blah blah blah blah. Very frustrating.
App under development?
Says in limited trial phase and can’t wait for customer to try it.
