About

You've had this argument before. Same words, same ending, nothing actually settled. Openline is a coaching app for couples that gives one recurring fight a proper session: you each reflect privately first, then come together with a summary of both sides, and finish with one agreed action and a date to check it held. You and your partner each use your own phone and your own account. One of you invites the other to get started. HOW A SESSION WORKS 1. Reflect privately first You each answer the same guided questions on your own phone. Nobody reads over your shoulder, nobody talks over anybody, and neither of you has to get your point out while you're still angry. 2. Come together with both sides side by side Openline is built to turn what you each wrote into a plain summary of both positions: the same points, with the heat taken out. The idea is simple. It's easier to take in a point when it isn't being thrown at you. 3. Agree one action, with a date on it Not "communicate better." One specific change, who is doing it, and by when. 4. Get a follow-up check-in Openline comes back later and asks whether it actually happened. That's the part that usually gets skipped: a way to tell whether anything changed. WORKS ACROSS ANY DISTANCE Because the reflecting happens separately anyway, Openline works the same whether you share a sofa or a time zone. WHAT TO EXPECT One session won't undo years of the same fight, and it only works if you both actually show up for it. What you get is one disagreement handled properly: both sides heard, one action agreed, and a date to check whether it held. Then you take the next one. Openline is a coaching tool, not therapy. It does not diagnose or treat anything, it does not give medical or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. It can sit alongside therapy, or help you get clearer before you decide whether to start. If you are in crisis or you do not feel safe, please contact a qualified professional or a local support service. What's New in Openline

1.0.7

September 14, 2026

Not every conflict needs a conversation right away. Sometimes you need to work out what you're actually feeling first. - Start on your own. Open a private session and talk it through with Openline before you say a word to your partner. No pressure, no audience. Just space to get clear on what's really bothering you. - Bring your partner in when you're ready. When you've found the words, invite them into a shared session. You'll come into it calmer and clearer, and so will they. - Say the hard thing safely first. Whatever you work through privately stays private. Only what you choose to share ever reaches your partner. - Come out with something you can actually do. Every session moves toward a real resolution, not just venting, but a way forward you both agree on.
