Crash when All Photo access granted

The app crashes whenever I grant it access to all photos on my iPhone 13 Pro. If I limit access to selected photos, uploading works without issue. I ran the crash log through an AI analysis, and it suggested the crash is related to how the app performs the call to list all photos.

I’m getting frustrated with having to restrict photo access just to keep the app running. I’ve already tried:
 • Powering the phone off and on
 • Several iOS updates
 • Multiple app updates
 • Uninstalling and reinstalling the app
 • Various permission combinations

This issue has been happening for quite a long time. I also tried submitting a support ticket, but the process wasn’t obvious, so I ended up leaving a review instead.

I use this app regularly and would really appreciate your help resolving this.

iPadOS 16.1.1

FILR (Vers. 5.0.1) läuft wieder problemlos (sowohl als App als auch in Verbindung mit der Dateien-App). Gute Arbeit!

Gute Umsetzung aber noch viel POTENZIAL

Nach dem Update geht das App auf 16.1.1 wieder Danke.
Leider funktioniert bei 2 -Faktor Anmeldung der Direkte Zugriff im Apple Datei System nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr. Hier müsste die Anmelde Maske wider erscheinen. Nur bei Neuistalation funktioniert der Zugriff eine Weile.
Generell könnte man ja die Bearbeitung von pdf im Filr App mit den Apple Stift unterstützen.

Seit dem Update auf 5.0.1 funktioniert die App mit iPadOS 16.1!!!!

Damit gibts auch wieder 5 Sterne!
