Useless App that mostly doesn’t work

Always rejects everything. I’m not stupid but all options to access messages fail. Worked for a while and now it fails every time regardless of me following the instructions exactly.
So annoyed with this now please fix the bugs and ideally make it more straightforward.

Don’t even bother

Complete waste of half hour trying to read a secure email so secure me as the receiver couldn’t read it suggested to Leeds building find another secure email company.

Unable to figure this out

This is one of the most confusing processes that seem to be completely unnecessary. I still can’t figure out how to use this and I would consider myself advanced with computer literacy. How in the world are we being forced to use this broken app?
