User reviews

Not user Friendly

Can’t figure out how to get the app to work.

Terrible and pointless

Is Amex saying their own app isn’t secure? Someone at Amex must be getting kickbacks for forcing us to use this pointless app

Terrible experience

I can’t understand why amex would use this tool, unless they want to hurt their customers.

Terrible app

Difficult to use, doesn’t work 90%+ of the time desktop version just as bad.

Very Secure

So secure you can barely access or share the document. The desktop app was terrible.
