Uso a anos, mas agora deu erro

O app funcionou durante anos perfeitamente, extremamente útil.
Porém há aproximadamente 60 dias ficou simplesmente inútil ao atualizar os contatos, notei que novos e outros que mudaram de operadora o app apresenta erro e não corrige mais nenhum contato.
Realmente lamentável, pois funcionava super bem.

Operadora errada

Todos os contatos de uma operadora foram identificados como de outra operadora e atualizou todos meus contatos de forma errada. Entrei em contato com o suporte e já faz mais de 2 semanas e ainda não foi resolvido.
