I just took my CNOR exam last week and passed on my first try. I highly recommend this app as an adjunct to your study materials. Out of all the apps I used I felt that the questions on this app were most like the questions I encountered on the test. Pocket prep, CCI, Mosby for your kindle are all excellent resources to help you prepare for your exam.

This was a great study tool to use. Money well spent. It was easy to study on the go or while waiting. Just took my exam 2 weeks ago and I think it was beneficial in helping my study. And I had passed btw.
