Flight Report Errors
The Flight Report shows the drone operating in the Southern Hemisphere.
I can assure you I am in the Northern Hemisphere. Florida to be exact.
Also recorded an altitude of over 17,000m, 9000m and over 1000m. I don’t think the drone will fly that high. I haven’t flown the drone over 200ft.
Beyond that I am happy with the performance of the app.

Very easy to use with my HS700E.. Haven’t had no issues whatsoever..
Beginner Drone
I bought this drone to learn how to maneuver and fly for my content creation business. I’ve recently had issues with it not wanting to connect and fly. When it does fly it’s not steady. It will take off without any steering. Not sure if this an app problem or drone problem but I’m posting on both.

Work great at first then after take off drone does not stay still when hovering did not return home 10-15 feet away from me drone crashed in tree still testing

@HolyStoneDrone well i have to say this is the best for my dollar i was a bit skeptical at first but when i got my product in the mail i was blown away i am satisfied and happy with my purchase i recommend it to the people that like the dji and cant afford it this is the same performance

I have had no problems with my drone so far and I love it how it folds and how small it is but how durable it looks and feels.
Great Customer Support
My nephew needed his drone to show video, and to my embarrassment, local network got itself turned off somehow in app settings. Anyway I contacted Holystone through the app chat on a Sunday afternoon, AND THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY!!! Unbelievable service, they were quick to point out my ignorance and boom! Working again. lol. Great support and he loves to fly his HS700E. Thanks again Holystone!

Update
Since the update the flight restriction to 400 feet can not be overridden So even if you have a commercial license- I do- and need to go above 400 your stuck. If you are next to a tower and need to fly to the top to inspect the top at 600 feet forget it. Please put an override option in so I don’t have to go buy a DJI

Video
I have done all the updates to my phone and the app and every time I open the video camera filter it crashes the app. Deleted the app and re-uploaded it everything
App keeps crashing
For some reason anytime I go to the camera settings to switch to 4K the app cuts off and closes. Any suggestions?
Keeps failing to connect.
My Holystone 720E works great, but this app fails to remain connected. Drone flys and then about 25ft up “not connected “. It’s a shame, wished it worked.
Can’t access camera settings
I hope a developer sees this and tries to fix it. I really love this drone and the way it works but there’s a slight issue with accessing the camera settings. Every time I try to access it, it kicks me out of the app and I can’t figure out why.

I don't usually do reviews on anything honestly. but this is my first drone ever. i love the product and everything about it. the app is easy to use and i haven't had an issue at all. the customer service and staff of Holy Stone HANDS DOWN amazing!!! if you want a drone and want quality and people to back the product . HolyStone is where you need to go. You won't be sorry.

4K video only recording in 720p
As the title says. My drone is 4K 60hz capable and I select this in the apps settings. Though the quality looks horrible and that’s because when I record it and look back at the footage, it’s only 720p
App faulty
My drone, 720E flys and responds well so long as I do not turn on the app. One time I had my app on, phone in my pocket and I couldn’t figure out why the drone was acting crazy and would not respond to the controls. Need help on this issue, Holystone.
Will not connect
I have successfully used this app with a Holystone several times. I get to a job site and all the sudden it won’t connect. Tried everything, reinstalled the app, swapped batteries, even tried it on my wife’s phone. Lost the job, thanks devs!
