Continue to improve
When I first got the drone couple months ago, the app was a little bit glitchy, but with each update it’s gotten progressively better. I especially like the new feature that shows the shadow of the drone where it’s gonna land that really comes in handy when you’re getting closer to landing on your own. Keep up the great work and improving the app. Thanks for a great drone and a great app to control it.

So much potential
I wish so much that this app wasn’t junk. Makes me sad. Can never connect to download the content. When I click album, the app freezes and won’t let me click anything else. I’ve restarted my phone, updated the software, firmware, and everything else.

Support is non-existent
Love my Atom2, but when you need help such as the app not functioning, you won’t love their support. Been a one week mess with 12 hour time difference and still no resolution but lots of requests to provide proof of purchase, pictures of drone as they will try to first put the issue on user error.
UI
Very slow app, unresponsive, I push album and it doesn’t do anything it just sits there like it’s frozen, I connect WiFi and go to album, same thing!!!
When downloading pictures SAME THING!!!
It downloads 2 pictures and it just sits there “downloading “ it never finishes.
It also takes forever to respond to commands.
Very frustrating I use my drone for work and when I have to use 3 batteries to download pictures it’s not good!!!!

So far awesome experience
So far I had been able to successfully fly the drone over land and the beach in PR. I still learning and trusting the screen instead visuals. I love the fact that it stay very steady in position and able to land it on my palm. Highly recommended.
