Mejorar la app

Me encanta OPQA y ahora poder jugar desde el iPhone me fascina pero deberían mejorar la calidad de la app ya que está no tiene tan buen funcionamiento. Cuando se termina una partida se queda pegada, a veces se queda frisada la partida y hay que reiniciar la aplicación. En otras ocasiones no se puede dar la revancha a alguien porque la app se queda pegada.Y ahora en la app no se ven los avatares, no puedo leer los mensajes!

Nunca responde mis email, no se ven los avatares, en iPhone xsmax no se ven los puntos que llevas mientras juegas chinchón, no puedes leer los mensajes que te escriben y mucho menos abrir el chat, gracias por tomarnos en cuenta los de iOS saludos

Con el tiempo que llevan trabajando en la aplicación, cabría esperar que, a estas alturas, ya se pudiera manejar aceptablemente. Pero no, constantemente se bloquea (dentro y fuera de partidas) haciendo en ocasiones perder créditos. La mitad de los problemas “solucionados” con la última actualización siguen pasando. Parece que los usuarios de iOs somos de segunda, para Android, no sólo estuvo disponible mucho antes (1 año?) sino que no tienen tantos problemas. Tampoco disponen de un sistema eficiente de comunicación con el usuario y quizá es eso lo que está fallando. No se puede enviar ticket a ningún sitio, hay que buscar moderadores conectados, comentarles el problema y confiar que lo transmitan a los desarrolladores... Va leeeenta la cosa.
