I paid for a subscription but am locked out? What did I pay for? I guess I’ll cancel..Logged in but need to pay $5 and have one minute to do so? This is great content that I think I paid for already….

App does not work
Prior to the current version of the app I had no problem using it. Since it has been updated I can no longer sign in as it states that my membership, which was renewed for a year in July, has expired and I need to purchase a new one. I have reported this issue via the app and I have sent emails to 2 different customer service mail boxes. I have gotten little to no response from any one. This feels like a money grab since no one will respond and I can’t get a refund.

Horrible app
This insider app is horrible. I always have issues logging in. My email won’t work then I try the google login and nothing. Just ridiculous. Will not renew.
Difficult to Navigate
This app continues to block my usage even when I am logged in and my account is active.

The app continually logs you out of your account. Also, app is just a portal for the Oprah Daily website?

Charged Twice Can’t Log In
Terrible! Them was given an email for technical assistance and it was returned invalid. Cmon Oprah, who’s running your business? This is crazy. Your name is better than this.

Just joined and while the content is good the app is glitching and hard to navigate

I’m just going to say to say that I am not a fan of all digital formats I like both print and digital options

I paid for the yearly subscription but cannot access content. Keeps on redirecting me to join. So frustrating!
This site
Love Oprah! However, the site is really difficult to navigate. I just want to open the magazine and start reading and that’s not the way it is. It’s difficult. Sorry, Oprah.
Impossible to cancel
In the app and online it says choose action and then cancel. The only thing it allows me is to suspend delivery. There is no cancel feature. I contacted customer service, no response. I like Oprah but i cannot afford 75 renewal. Before I signed up, I made sure that it could be cancel easily. What they say and what actually happens are two different things. I think Oprah is pretty well off, that there would be no need for these dirty type of practices. I don’t deal with any app or company that I have to call and beg to cancel.

Awful experience
I tried to subscribe online and paid 3 times. I can't access anything I paid for the app and certain issue and still can't access anything. Terrible -
Oprah has always been my teacher
She teaches with a simple, clear, direct message.
Grief
Living with grief can not be defined in five stages. Every time I read through those five stages, I wonder how were they created? It wasn’t with a mother who lost her five month old son tragically from a fall by his father! This happened over 43 years ago and life has stood still and moved on at the same time. Defining this stage of grief is impossible! There is no denial or anger or acceptance. Scholars want to label everyone so they feel accomplished. Sorry, not everyone has a title with a neat bow to seal it closed. Grief is one of those titles that needs to be left to the individual wearing it around their neck. It’s gonna be there forever. Let them decide when, how and if they’ll let it out. I never got to denial!

Peace of Mind and Hope
