I expected this to be more like the magazine, which I loved and subscribed to for years. When I wasn’t subscribed for some reason, I would buy them in the store.
Once you sign up you owe them forever

This app is broken
I have a subscription, but I’m not able to access any content on this app. Emails and even phone calls to Oprah headquarters have not fixed it. One operator told me this app isn’t no longer operable, but I don’t see a substitute for it.
I can’t get help!
Please help me!! I can not contact any one in technical support! I wanted to change my bio info! For one thing it has my email address as my user name! It also has info that I did not want to share! It has been over a week and I have received no help at all. I am so frustrated I decided my only option was to delete my account. IT WON’T LET ME DELETE!! Please please please someone answer me!

READ-says no subscription after I paid
The content is great but I can’t access it because this APP IS BROKEN. Please fix it. It says I don’t have an account when I clearly see the receipt from the App store. I can read some articles but others take me to another link that says no subscription. HELP!!

Cumbersome registration process, abandoned after multiple attempts. Bet y’all still find a way to keep that subscription free tho.
Doesn’t work
I have a membership, and after I login, it tells me I am not a member. I have written customer service multiple times and they explain to me how to login. I already login (and I have sent them screenshots) and I get the same response. This is the most UNHELPFUL waste of a program I have EVER used. With the VERY WORST customer service.
