This is absolutely the biggest piece of junk for $500. I had it installed in my Cadillac and it is virtually impossible to get it to set up correctly through the app. Don’t waste your time or money. It’s awful!!!

Horrible App
I literally can’t even get past the account creation! You enter your email address, it prompts you to enter a code which is supposedly sent via email and the code never arrives! It’s not in my inbox or my spam folder. Wish I read the reviews before wasting my money on this camera!

This has to be a joke! There is no support! Every email address comes back as closed. The phone numbers will leave you on hold for 45 minutes only to then say “nobody can help you at this time call back later”

Not working
Stopped working. Cannot no longer access app settings for camera.
Impossible to connect
This app doesn’t work. Don’t buy the hardware either. We have tried multiple phones with different OS and nothing works. WiFi will show connection on phone but neither device nor app will complete the connection

To set up an account you need to provide an email and they will send you a code. But I have tried for the past 5 days and I never receive a code. I have even tried two different email account. And when you try to connect through the app support it just goes to a blank web page.

The dealer installed my cameras and the app won’t even let me create an account. The worst investment I’ve ever made.

App is old and unintuitive. It fails to connect to the dashboard camera consistently. Tech support was terrible. I called and waited online for an hour and it timed out and hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this brand entirely. The camera is terrible and the app is even worse.

This app is terrible
This app is near impossible to use, prepare yourself by setting aside hours of your time to connect, sort through settings, and set things up how you like… only for it to never save any settings you attempt to configure. Had I known this product was backed by a company that doesn’t care about its users, I would have spent my money an a better product

Solves most issues
I must have called 10x and the support is terrible! All they know is to lecture i need to get a new phone. Finally they hired new techs and they told me hold down wifi button to connect for a few seconds and plug out rear camera if not using! Vola the wifi connection reappeared! Why am i being tomd this now! About to return!

Cannot connect to cloud and cannot get support from this company
App is terrible and ancient feeling. I cannot connect to the cloud; therefore, I cannot send or download dashcam videos. Submitted a tech support ticket to which they tell you to call the help desk. The help desk doesn't answer. I've sat on hold for up to 30 min multiple times before needing to hang up because I don't have the luxury to sit on hold for hours. They offer to call you (when it works for them) so good luck being around to answer whenever they get around to it. Awful support for the amount of money this device costs.

Terrible App and equipment. Way too difficult to setup and connect. Nothing makes sense. Spent hours trying to setup. False alarms over sensitive camera. Drains the car battery. All kinds of problems. I hate it with a passion
The Worst
I purchased this product on 3/14 and after the in counter with “support” the guy disconnect the call after I waited 45 minutes. I’m having this removed on 3/21; I was never able to create an account. I wasn’t aware of the reviews until after the fact. Do not recommend.
