Error
“Issue preparing device” Can’t get past that error no matter how many time I close the app or turn off my phone.

App stopped working after my free trial. I purchased the plan and can’t sign in. Keeps saying there’s an error when trying to prepare device. Phone is updated and I’ve reinstalled multiple times

Absolute rubbish
Several times a week this app doesn’t locate us. Today, it hasn’t located my son in SIX days, my daughter in two, and now, apparently, my husband is stuck on a main street and has been for an hour. And they tell me I’ve been off grid for four. Why? All our permissions are granted! They’re never cut off, so why is it so hard to track in this hard, cold world?

My phones get stuck in locations for hours and the only way to get them to move is to reboot all phones.
