All the things work so slowly like if i want to turn on or of or lock the car or unlock it take to much time on top of everything we are paying for this app

Poor
Doesn’t work most of the time. When it does it is missing information. Slow to respond. Vehicle service history is there some times and not there some times. Does not show vehicle location
Dodge Challenger
I think the App is very slow it really takes time to connect with the car … sometimes I have to close the app and reopen like it is a big delay…
Around 30-40% satisfactory
The convenience of the app for starting, locking and unlocking is good. The vehicle health report and location data is sorely lacking. Neither one of those functions perform correctly. For $15/month, it’s just ok. Definitely could be so much better!
Lame app
This app is so far behind in technology it’s embarrassing. You can only unlock the car.
You can’t roll down the windows, can’t turn on the a/c or seat heaters without completely starting it and having that already on. Can’t use the phone/app as a key, set charging limits, find charging stations, find your car.
Get it together.
