All the things work so slowly like if i want to turn on or of or lock the car or unlock it take to much time on top of everything we are paying for this app

Poor
Doesn’t work most of the time. When it does it is missing information. Slow to respond. Vehicle service history is there some times and not there some times. Does not show vehicle location

I think the App is very slow it really takes time to connect with the car … sometimes I have to close the app and reopen like it is a big delay…
Around 30-40% satisfactory
The convenience of the app for starting, locking and unlocking is good. The vehicle health report and location data is sorely lacking. Neither one of those functions perform correctly. For $15/month, it’s just ok. Definitely could be so much better!
Lame app
This app is so far behind in technology it’s embarrassing. You can only unlock the car.
You can’t roll down the windows, can’t turn on the a/c or seat heaters without completely starting it and having that already on. Can’t use the phone/app as a key, set charging limits, find charging stations, find your car.
Get it together.

I enjoy the app it’s very helpful, I no longer need to look for keys to lock/unlock me doors. When wife is driving I can monitor her performance. The valet mode is got, overall it keeps me on top of my fuel status, mileage

Great vehicle App
Very convenient App to track car location, start and stop vehicles. Open and Close doors. BUT app adapter that plugs in is literally right in front of parking brake so if you put brake on chances are you knock it off or break it and company basically says “ too bad” ! Didn’t replace it or even offer a discount! So now it’s tapped up on it’s last leg

Wish I could have better gps tracking. When I first got my car and started using the app I was able to track my car even when it was being driven. Now I can only see where it has stopped.

The incredible combination of shear performance, tunability and technological break throughs that the newer models of Dodge have are incredible! I design apps and websites for a living and even I am blown away at all of the options this new 2026 Durango 5.7L Hemi with the Blacktop package has! It has me racking my own brain on how I can do better as a programmer and developer!

Glitches Galore
This app is terrible; hardly ever connects, things move around all the time. It definitely tracks … lemon EV’s and terrible software on the car and on the mobile device.

Over a week with nothing
I have been trying to use this app for over a week. Go to log in and it says email verification, I click the send email, and then everyday I check my inbox and junk folders for the email. NOTHING! maybe someone around here and can me out. Thanks and have a great day
