For the amount of money we pay for a new vehicle we should be able to do more with app without a monthly fee

Really wish the app had all the original tabs like the engine start button.. it was really helpful.
Updates to the app
The app is great but we should be able to control the climate in the car as well as heated and ventilated seats for those of us that have them
Meh - Seen Better for Less
It works sometimes. Quite a delay when you attempt to start your car and actually starting it. In addition, I’m being charged like $12 a month for the app. When I had Fords it was free, it had more functionality, and worked a little more fluidly. If it wasn’t my only option - I wouldn’t have the app. It is what it is though.

Useless
Worked well when i first bought my 2026 Charger. It’s useless now. No longer updates or connects to the vehicle. Sounds like a systemic issue.
App stopped updating
The App stopped updating my vehicles health and info months ago. I called Dodge and they were unable to help. So frustrating because it was great for a while (before it stopped updating).

App improvements
The app overall works well. Features such as the auto start, locking and/or unlocking are useful. Even with good cellular service, there can be a delay on vehicle locating services. The only additional feature that I think would serve as a benefit would be remote climate control (maybe something offered in newer models, I currently on a 2024 Durango R/T). Some of Dodges competitors provide that feature which makes their application more appealing. Overall 9/10 and affordable.

Can’t verify registration
App is currently not usable. Created a new account and the app states it is sending out a verification email. Didn’t receive email. Tried resending 10 times in the last 24 hours. Contacted the app support shown in the App Store entry. After first talking to a useless chatbot finally contacted a real person, provided contact and car information only to be told that because I have a Canadian market car they cannot help me with the app issues. This makes no sense as all I need is for a verification email to be sent. Told me to contact the Canadian help which is either by telephone or by mail!?! Please fix this.

Unreliable
This app works great when it works but it’s very unreliable. Logs me out all the time and won’t log back in, freezes and becomes unresponsive, or just won’t load at all more times than not. When it does work, it’s a very nice feature to have but I wish it still told me the status of my vehicle. That isn’t available in my app anymore. I liked having the peace of mind to check if my doors were locked.
