I do not think this app is worth the 15 per month. Let me set the temperature or turn seat warmers on too. Need more functions with the app.

Digital glovebox
Don’t have the digital glove box option in my app and the subscription is not worth it
Suggestion
When the car isn't plugged in and charging, the APP will show the EV range. However when plugged in and charging, it doesn't, just a time left until fully charged. It would be nice to know what the current range for EV would be while charging.
No face recognition
No face recognition as jeep had
Needs more features
Should notify you when sunroof is left open or doors when doors are unlocked.

My personal opinion is the app is good but a bit pricey. I don’t understand why they charge $15 for the app. Wish it was cheaper
Will not sync with auto
When I first installed app it would sync with my trips, mileage, gas level, current location etc. Now for the last 60 days it does not update any of this. The last syncing was on the 7th of July.

I love this app it helps me a lot. From updates about my vehicle to being able to control features from the balm of my hand.
Updates
Generally have enjoyed the app, but it has stopped updating vehicle health info, etc. for over 60 days now. Multiple updates for performance fixes, yet one of this apps best features is completely dead in the water. Forums lighting up and indicating that bringing issue to anyone’s attention brings crickets as a response…

Lags a little too long for me
Very Convenient
It’s so nice being no matter where you’re at. You can start the vehicle from your watch or your phone and I’ll run for 15 minutes! So convenient.
Great, but…
App works great except the number of times the app forgets to keep Face ID enabled happens every few days...

Fees
For the amount of money we pay for a new vehicle we should be able to do more with app without a monthly fee
App engine start button
Really wish the app had all the original tabs like the engine start button.. it was really helpful.
Updates to the app
The app is great but we should be able to control the climate in the car as well as heated and ventilated seats for those of us that have them
Meh - Seen Better for Less
It works sometimes. Quite a delay when you attempt to start your car and actually starting it. In addition, I’m being charged like $12 a month for the app. When I had Fords it was free, it had more functionality, and worked a little more fluidly. If it wasn’t my only option - I wouldn’t have the app. It is what it is though.
