The worst brand ever

Just like the vehicles, the app sucks, no updates on orders, doesn’t have hardly any trails on the app, no one responds to emails. Jeep is the worst brand, and company in the world.

250th Badge

I had some issues with the app very early due to cell reception and have managed. This 240th badge release was a disappointment to say the least. I keep checking to see if I will receive one but its status hasn’t changed.

I tried for two days to get on and order the 250th badge. I was never able to get on and I emailed several times and have never heard anything back. Very disappointed in their customer service.
