250th badge
I tried for two days to get on and order the 250th badge. I was never able to get on and I emailed several times and have never heard anything back. Very disappointed in their customer service.
No communication.
I have emailed them multiple times about a badge, and have never received a reply.
Poor response or none
I tried for days to access the site to get my 250 badge and the site would not let me in and then after the event was over the site let me in. I sent an email and never got a response very poor customer service!

Completely unbelievable you said you have been sending out badges everyone that put in for the badge that I know has received there’s and I’m still waiting for mine and the Fourth of July was two months ago you need to get your act together or don’t offer things you can’t fill in timely manner

Waste of time
Works for some people and others it doesn’t- i checked in for the America 250 badge and it kept telling me to try again when i thought it was good the app crashed i wrote an email but never received a response back.
WTF
This is a cool concept but it won’t let you do anything unless you’re on a trail they have listed. None of these trails are near me and we have all kinds of trails around that aren’t list so you can’t check in or even upload photos. I shouldn’t have to choose a trail on a list to upload photos. I should be able to upload photos and put the name of the trail and not have to choose it

250 Anniversary badge
attempted unsuccessfully to register for the bad and sent emails about the issue. Very disappointed -apparently a system issue prevented many from being able to complete registration. No communications/response to emails.

Motivation
We like the badge of honor . 1st because it helps you find trails in the area that you are in .2nd you feel comfortable with the ratings that are given that they are consistent with the other badge trails .

I am extremely disappointed with the Badge of Honor app and my experience with the program. I was genuinely excited to finally begin my badge journey, especially with America’s 250th anniversary approaching. Unfortunately, that excitement was very short-lived.
The site repeatedly crashed, and I wasn’t even able to claim my first badge. It’s incredibly frustrating to be excited about participating in a program, put in the effort to get started, and immediately run into issues that prevent you from participating at all.
At this point, I’m seriously considering deleting the app and my profile altogether. The last thing I want to do is invest my time and effort into a program only to be let down because the platform can’t reliably support the people who are trying to participate.
I really hope these issues are addressed, because the concept is great, especially with the 250th anniversary, but the experience so far has been extremely disappointing.

Been waiting
I found out about the 250 badges never really wanted badges. But then I was like heck yeah. I have 5 trips planned for other badges but I’m still waiting on one from July. I was going to give it to my combat veteran friend for a thank you gift
