What a fiasco the July 4th 2026 event was. Jeep really stunk up that one. Not even an apology or info on how to receive the badge. Very poor indeed.

Still nothing. July 21 no update no communication. Iāve reached out via email and have had no response. I just want to know if Iām getting one or not?
Fourth of July fiasco
Tried for almost 48 hours to collect the 4th of July badge in Philadelphia. App failed to check me in all day Saturday and Sunday. Totally missed the badge opportunity!!!!
Not worth it
Every submission gets blanked as does my vehicle information what a waste of time
2025 badge
I tried numerous times on the 4th of July trying to get thru to request for the special 2025 badge offered that day only. I received this message but nothing else since. āCheck-In Saved!

Great Idea Poor Ability
The idea is awesome but the app is poor performance and canāt keep up with check-ins. Donāt get me started on 4th of July disaster.
USA 250 badge
I spent a lot of time on 7/4 (like more than a few others) trying to log in to request the special badge. It apparently worked, as I got confirmation of this, but it has been stuck as a ārequest madeā since that day.

250 Badge Failure
I have contacted the app concerning badge promotion for the Nations 250 Birthday Celebration. I checked in and it said saved and would transmit when I had connection. I had connection but the system was overwhelmed. I notified them but the app suddenly did not have my check-in. For a company to have this kind of mass failure and then not responding to emails it is very disappointing. The Jeep Badge of Dishonor has failed its customers. There are many other badge programs available that is not run by the massive failure of a long standing brand. Very disappointed in Jeep.

Very disappointing experience. I went to the website to claim my 250th America Badge, but the site kept asking me to log in over and over. Every time I entered my information, it either sent me back to the login page or logged me out completely. I tried multiple times with no success.
I even emailed customer support, but the issue still hasnāt been resolved. Reaching the 250th America Badge should be something to celebrate, but instead it turned into a frustrating experience. I hope these website and login issues are fixed so others donāt have the same problem.

America250 badge issues
Like a ton of folks, tried all day on 4th of July to get digital badge and got lucky. I have the digital badge but now it doesn't offer the request to get the hard copy. Emailed the app support but it's been crickets with no response. Very disappointing!
July 4th 250 badge
I, like many, tried all day to check in for the 250 year July 4th badge. It was very frustrating to get error message after error message and to be told that I was missing connectivity. I was finally able to check in but got a message saying that my check in was saved and I would be contacted to complete my order. I even emailed the customer service team but have not heard back from anyone. I understand that they had server issues during the recent Jurassic Park badge event. One would think they had learned from that and beefed up their servers for a once in a lifetime event. I havenāt used the app very much and from the lack of response from the customer service team, I probably wonāt be using it again. Iām sure there are plenty of people who find the app useful and maybe even enjoy it, but I canāt say at this time that I am one of them.

Not what I expected
I own a 2012 JK COD MW3. I may be new to the app, but I wouldāve expected far better from the app designers. Especially after getting screwed over for the 250th Badge of Honor. I have tried to email them, they did respond. You cannot email from the app. It wonāt let you, Iāve tried to change my trail rating. It wonāt let you, and it seems like thereās only trails that are four and above, which, for a novice is not good.

July 250 badge
Checked in on July 4th all day to get the badge. Just for it to give me error after error they it did you checked in but nothing.
App issues
I tried all day long on July 4th to get into the app and order my 250 badge. The app never even let me get logged on.
Itās got potentialā¦.
Itās got some great ideas for different badges. Iām yet to find a trail thatās close to me to participate. The app canāt handle mass logins for digital activity and requests. They acknowledge there may be ābumpsā in service. Overall a fun and novel idea but not worth spending time on when you can buy your own custom badges online elsewhere cheaper.
