I tried and tried app crashed I even emailed and never heard anything back no response nothing

Bad service
Tried to email about badges multiple time with no response. Very bad service. Why have an email for questions when they don’t respond.
Customer service is nonexistent
The 4th of July crash…. Still no response to emails… it’s August now. Very poor management of known issues.

They never reply back after their app crashes and doesn’t work. Actually they don’t reply to anything
No connection
Not ready for the 250th app unresponsive and says no connection???? And now 4 emails and 4weeks later still can’t get support others say they received their badge mine won’t go past requested so much for that
Customer Service lacks
The July 4th promotion was a joke. I have emailed support several times, included a screen shot of my successful submission and have yet to hear back.
How do I change my email on the app. You don’t respond back to emails sent to you.
No badge / no response
Like many others, tried to check in for the 250th badge. Got the error message and was never able to log in. No response from developer. Cool idea but just leaves much to be desired when it doesn’t work.

Tried for 24 hrs to get it to work. Never did get it to work.

Submitted a request on July 7 been waiting almost a month and it says it’s still in the request process…also I tried many many many times to get the America 250 badge and on multiple times it said my check in was saved but nothing happened…I’m not impressed with this app at all

Jeep must have a lot of inexperienced people working for them! Who could have predicted that the bandwidth wouldn’t be enough for app users to claim their digital and physical 250th badges? Apparently everyone but them! This app and the people who run it suck!

I enjoy seeing all the pictures from all of the fellow Jeep enthusiasts on their many adventures and looking forward to seeing more and adding some from my future adventures.

I’ve emailed Badge of honor multiple times with zero response. It appears they don’t care about their customers.
