Thanks for adding filters! However, I’d still love to see you add the option to filter (filter out) your teams and your reports and numbers by the FIBC/Global/Presidential legs of business.
Also, the leg time for new orders and FQV to update is way tooo long. Especially at month end. I’d love to see an improvement there. April this month it was taking some orders over 4 hours to show up but we’re already in connect.

Issues with Cart
I like the new features in the app and the ability to create a cart and share it with clients and potential clients. However, every time I have created a cart and sent it to someone, a totally different and random coach appears. Then, I can’t remove the coach even though I was the coach signed in and trying to send the link. This has happened every time I have created and sent a link for the cart. I really hope this gets fixed soon.

Good, but not reliable
Lots to track for my business on the new app. But I either don’t use the app at all to check my business numbers, or I HAVE to compare it with the full CONNECT website in order to get accurate numbers. I don’t trust the APP so I regularly avoid using it, and train my team to ALWAYS use the full CONNECT website. This makes it tough to get ACCURATE numbers on my phone in a pinch. Right now, I am unable to even check if client orders have processed 6 hours ago. This not reliable. Please fix this. I would love to use the app more often.

Confusing
In one place it shows one number of client orders. On the performance page, it has one less. It also didn’t update the level. That makes it somewhat confusing.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded and deleted it twice but still can’t get past the sign on page. Says to reach out to customer service, not helpful at all.

Data is Matching Perfectly
I am updating my review as Optavia was ae to fix my issue and my data is now syncing appropriately! Thank you for fixing it as I use the app daily and it is a great tool for monitoring my clients and activity. Thank you for the quick response and for fixing it!

Loved it until the app no longer allows me to log in. It just flashes and then disappears. I’ve tried deleting app and reinstalling but still doesn’t work anymore. I’m sad 😔
Doesn’t work
I try to login, it tells me that my password is wrong. I try to change my password, but I can’t access the link to do that! At least I can call a real person at an 800 number to reorder. I sure would like to access the site to see my choices.
